Back to school during new COVID-19 reality

As summer is coming to an end, I've started thinking about the new challenges we will face now that the changed reality of COVID-19 is no longer just a plausible possibility. Surely, some of us have already had to adjust to working at home, and for some of us, our children are starting a new year of school, also from home. School is not only a physical place, it is also a means of socializing, learning and where our kids can see other peers. Needless to say, the definition of school today is altered and this may not always be an easy adjustment.

Sitting for hours at the home office instead going to an outside location has pros and cons. While we can save time on logistics, being at home all day long may increase anxiety and lead to difficulties staying focused on the task at work.
